I couldn’t be more thrilled that I got to write a piece on David Bowie for Ultimate Classic Rock.
The Man Who Sold the World is one of the most interesting albums in the Bowie discography for a couple of reasons: 1) For an album art fan, there are four covers to collect; 2) It’s the first Bowie record to feature Mick Ronson; 3) There’s the Nirvana connection — really a lot going on here.
Don’t know the album? Know it but don’t know why it’s important? Read all about it on UCR.
