I have a confession to make: I’ve never put this album on my turntable. That’s not a commentary on the great Lalo Schifrin, composer of some of the most memorable movie and television themes ever. No, I’m sure the music is fine–I just don’t really care.
So why would I buy an album that I have no intention of listening to? Come on, I thought we were friends. Don’t you know me at all? It’s all about that Jack Davis album cover.
I’m not going to ramble about my love for the great Jack Davis again. Type “Jack Davis” in the little search box in the corner and you can see a bunch of LP sleeves designed or influenced by the MAD Magazine legend. We miss you, Jack!
