Oklahoma’s Sweeper hit Sacramento’s Starlite Lounge on Saturday night, opening a bill that included Droids Attack and drummer Corky Laing’s current Mountain lineup. The boys turned in a solid, high energy set that led one observer to grab me by the arm and announce “these guys are fucking awesome” before returning to his head banging. If that’s not a solid endorsement I don’t know what is.
