There’s nothing here you don’t already have if you’re a fan of ’80s punk/indie music, but if you haven’t heard it it’s new to you, right? Husker Du, Black Flag, Meat Puppets, and the topper–the Minutemen covering Van Halen=–all on one record? Come on!

While I’m sure it damages the value, what I like about my copy is that the previous owner felt like what this album needed was a Godzilla and a dragon sticker. DIY, baby! Lick ’em and stick ’em!

You can find all of these tracks online, but why not own a little piece of punk history? It’ll only cost you about ten bucks or so. Happy hunting.

    The only band on this album I ever saw was The Minutemen, when they opened for R.E.M. 3 1/2 weeks before Boon’s death.
