The Pick of Destiny may not have been the greatest movie ever made, but it gets a little funnier every time I watch it. Where else are you going to get cameos from Meat Loaf, Ronnie James Dio, and John C. Reilly as Sasquatch?

But even just okay Tenacious D is better than, well, pretty much anything. The D may be a comedy band, but they rock. Opening track “Kickapoo” alone is worth the price of admission.

If you love the D, you can’t go wrong with this deluxe edition of the soundtrack. You won’t get any bonus tracks, but you’ll get lots of pointless, incredibly stupid stuff, and that’s what collecting is really all about. There’s the deck of tarot cards that I’d love to show you but that would mean opening them; the poster; and most importantly your very own Pick of Destiny.

This is a 25-50 dollar item right now, depending on condition. I doubt that it will hold its value, but you never know. When Sir Jack Black wins his 18th Oscar the price may skyrocket. Happy hunting.
